COCRM / OPERATOR STORIES

Operator Success Stories

Risk management, player retention and affiliate operations. Explore the starting challenge, the workflow change and the reported outcome through three operator accounts.

Figures are reproduced from existing operator accounts, not presented as independently audited findings. Examples do not guarantee future performance. Baselines, measurement definitions and scope require separate evaluation.

Risk & Fraud

01 / 03

From manual reviews to a more proactive risk operation.

A risk team’s account of multi-account detection and bonus abuse.

The starting point

The operator describes manual multi-account detection taking roughly four team hours each day. The challenge was not only workload: the risk function was operating reactively.

The reported change

The account reports reduced bonus abuse and a more proactive approach after introducing CoCrm.ai’s fraud engine. The figure and period below belong to that operator account.

What should you examine in your operation?

These are evaluation suggestions, not a verified record of the operator’s implementation steps or measurement method.

  • Define which signals should trigger a manual review.
  • Record suspicious events separately from confirmed abuse.
  • Evaluate reduced abuse alongside false positives and review workload.

What could the modules mean for everyday work?

As a risk team, we would want more than a list of alerts: we need to understand which case deserves attention and why. When evaluating Risk & Fraud alongside bonus automation, we would define how suspicious activity affects campaign eligibility and which decisions remain under manual review. Reporting should cover false positives and review time, not just blocked events. A useful workflow would make risk signals visible without placing unnecessary friction in the experience of legitimate players.

CRM & Retention

02 / 03

From mass campaigns to behavior-led communication.

A CRM account centered on RFM segmentation and triggered campaigns.

The starting point

The existing quote describes mass campaigns with low returns. The team wanted to move from treating players as one audience to grouping them by behavior.

The reported change

The operator describes personalized offers using RFM segmentation and automated triggers, highlighting win-back among players inactive for 30 days. The reported LTV figure should not be treated as the same metric as that win-back observation.

What should you examine in your operation?

These are evaluation suggestions, not a verified record of the operator’s implementation steps or measurement method.

  • Fix the cohort and definition of an inactive player upfront.
  • Include communication preferences and campaign eligibility in segment rules.
  • Track responses, returns and net player value separately.

Illustrative use case — not an actual operator statement

What could the modules mean for everyday work?

Our first CRM question would be “which player should we contact, and why?”, rather than “what should we send today?”. We would define new, active and inactive groups in segmentation, then give each engagement journey a clear purpose. Channels such as WhatsApp, Telegram and live chat would be assessed against player preferences and the relevant product scope. Opens and responses alone would not define success: bonus costs, net value and contact frequency should be part of the same evaluation.

Affiliate & Operations

03 / 03

From fragmented networks to a shared operational workflow.

An account of bringing affiliate management, commissions and reporting together.

The starting point

The operator describes three affiliate networks, two payment providers and a legacy CRM. Month-end commission calculations and reporting were the main workload highlighted.

The reported change

The quote states that affiliate management, commission calculations and reporting ran automatically from one platform after the move to CoCrm.ai. Reported time savings relate to that operator’s own operational scope.

What should you examine in your operation?

These are evaluation suggestions, not a verified record of the operator’s implementation steps or measurement method.

  • Map commission rules to data sources and accountable owners.
  • Make exceptions and corrections visible alongside reporting.
  • Track saved time together with reconciliation accuracy and transaction volume.

Illustrative use case — not an actual operator statement

What could the modules mean for everyday work?

For an operations team, month-end is not just about producing a report; it is about making different sources reconcile. In affiliate management, we would define commission rules and exceptions, then examine calculated amounts alongside their period and traffic source in reporting. Campaigns involving bonus automation and player segments would also need clear ownership. The goal would be to know which data to trust, which discrepancy to investigate and which action still needs team approval, without opening more disconnected screens.

UNDERSTANDING THE OUTCOME

Measure more than a headline number.

An operator example should help you ask better questions about your own operation. This framework is for a new evaluation; it is not the published calculation method behind the operator figures.

01

Define the baseline

Agree on the metric, data source, accountable team and comparison period before starting. Clearly distinguish a rate from a total count.

02

Compare like with like

Keep cohorts, channels, brands and time windows consistent. Record campaign, seasonal and traffic changes; use an appropriate control group where possible.

03

Evaluate the net impact

Look beyond revenue or transaction volume alone. Include bonus costs, operational time and additional tool costs, without counting the same benefit twice.

04

Keep the controls visible

Track false positives, manual reviews and communication preferences. Assess automation through accuracy and team impact as well as speed.

COCRM / FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What to know about these examples, your evaluation and the product.

01Can we expect the same results in our operation?

The same outcome cannot be guaranteed. Data quality, starting performance, player mix, product scope and team processes all affect results. Use these examples to shape an evaluation plan, not as a promised target.

02Can the headline figures be compared directly?

No. A change in bonus abuse rate, an increase in LTV and hours saved measure different things. Do not rank them on a common scale without matching the period, denominator, baseline and cost scope.

03What should we prepare for an evaluation discussion?

Identify one operational priority, your current workflow, relevant data sources and a success criterion. Start with aggregated or anonymized examples rather than sharing personal player data in an initial discussion.

04Are the suggestions an exact implementation record?

No. Operator quotes and reported figures are retained from the existing accounts. The checklists and measurement guide are editorial explanations to help you plan your own evaluation.
