CoCrm.ai Opens Early Access to BrainOS, the AI Layer That Waits for the Operator’s Approval
CoCrm.ai, the AI-native CRM for iGaming, opens early access to BrainOS: operators ask questions in plain language, get answers with sources, and every action waits for approval.

Ajman, UAE, 22 October 2026. CoCrm.ai, the AI-native CRM for iGaming, today opened early access to BrainOS, an AI layer that lets operators ask questions about deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and VIP players in plain language and receive answers with charts, tables and sources. Every action that Brain prepares waits for the operator's approval.
What BrainOS does
- Answers questions with sources. Deposit and withdrawal trends, payment method mix, deposit intensity by day and hour, bonus cost and campaign results, each with the chart or table behind it.
- Surfaces risk before money leaves. Pending withdrawals ranked by risk with the reason for each, so a person decides with the evidence in front of them.
- Finds bonus abuse candidates. A rule-based candidate list with its cost. There are no automatic penalties.
- Catches slipping VIPs. Players whose deposit rhythm drops against their own history appear with a suggested call task for their account manager.
- Marks payment outages. Interruptions are flagged directly on the deposit chart.
- Measures what it recommends. Proposed, applied, rejected and expired decisions are counted in a scorecard, and the return of a campaign is measured against a control group.
Control stays with the operator
BrainOS is built as an agent that prepares work but does not execute it. Each action arrives as an approval card that shows what changes, the effect on players, the cost ceiling and the undo window; nothing changes until the operator approves. Every operator has its own Brain and database, role permissions follow the existing panel roles, and every suggestion, decision and outcome is written to an audit trail.
Availability
BrainOS is available in early access (Beta) in the Enterprise plan. Scope and timing are confirmed together in a demo. The product interface is shown in Turkish today. Screens and the film use sample data: amounts are scaled, player names are masked and payment provider names are generalised.
