iGaming CRM Pricing: What Operators Actually Pay in 2026
How iGaming CRM pricing works in 2026: licence models, setup fees, usage charges and team cost, with CoCrm.ai published list prices as a worked example.

How much does an iGaming CRM cost?
Most iGaming CRM vendors do not publish prices. An independent 2026 comparison of casino CRM vendors describes pricing in the category as almost universally private, and vendors such as Optimove, Fast Track, Smartico and Xtremepush ask operators to book a demo for a quote. Because the licence fee is hard to compare, a buyer has to compare pricing models and the total cost of running the CRM instead.
CoCrm.ai publishes its list prices. As of October 2026 they are:
| Package | Monthly licence | One-time setup | Scope |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $999 | $999 | Single brand: player management, finance tracking and one core module (Bonus Engine or Affiliate & Link Masking) |
| Professional | $1,749 | $1,749 | Both core modules, risk and fraud, segmentation, Journey automation, campaigns and advanced reporting |
| Enterprise | Custom quote | Per project | Custom integration, custom modules or brand-specific infrastructure |
All figures are USD list prices on a 12-month contract with a separate licence per brand. The current numbers are always on the pricing page.
Which pricing models do iGaming CRM vendors use?
Four models appear in the market. Each one grows with a different part of your business, so the cheapest offer in year one is not always the cheapest in year three.
| Model | What makes the fee grow | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Active-player tiers | Monthly active players | Tier limits and what a promotion spike costs |
| Data volume or active profiles | Stored profiles and events | Whether dormant players are counted |
| Revenue share | GGR or NGR | Cost once the brand is successful |
| Flat licence | Package and number of brands | What is included and what is billed extra |
Smartico states that its pricing is based on monthly active users and offered in tiers. Optimove says its pricing depends on player data volume, active profiles and the capabilities used. CoCrm.ai uses a flat licence per brand and takes no revenue share.
What does a 3-year total cost include?
The licence is only one line. A realistic three-year view adds:
- The licence for 36 months.
- Setup or onboarding fees.
- Usage charges such as voice minutes, AI credits and carrier fees billed by providers like Twilio or Meta.
- The CRM team that builds and runs campaigns, often the largest cost.
- Integration work on your side for the player account platform, payments and affiliates.
- Switching cost: migration and a period of running two systems.
A worked example with CoCrm.ai list prices: Professional for 36 months is 36 × $1,749 = $62,964, plus $1,749 setup, or $64,713 before usage and team cost. A typical starting configuration of Professional, a 10-agent Omnichannel, the RAG knowledge base and the AI chat bot is $3,828 per month, which is $139,557 over three years including setup.
Why time to launch is part of the price
A licence usually starts before the first campaign goes live, so a long implementation is a direct cost. The same 2026 comparison puts a typical implementation at 8–16 weeks from contract to first live campaign. Smartico states about three weeks when it handles the integration. CoCrm.ai completes Starter setup in 14 business days and Professional in 21 business days when an integration with the provider already exists; disruptions can extend this to 30 business days.
